Found Poetry: Unfamiliar Shadows

A virtual cocoon
afraid to be rescued
refuge in a mindless, unsatisfying feeling
warm to the core.

unable to lose the feeling
she was so unreasonable.

She started a path littered in destruction
herself in ruins
crawling with unfamiliar shadows.
